Arcube offers DVD Printing and DVDR Printing.
Arcube offfers four different technologies in DVD printing. We can print
either using an ink jet, or thermal transfer or silk screen or offset printing technology.
In addition Arcube can now print variable data on each individual DVDR. Arcube is the only
DVD manufacturer in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex to offer sequential barcode, serialized, personalized or registration code DVD Printing.

Arcube graphics staff know how to color match paper printing and DVD Printing as close as possible.
DVD Printing or DVDR Printing begins when we receive your
order to mold the DVDs or print on the DVDRs. As soon as we receive your graphics our staff creates a PDF proof and emails
it for your approval. Once your approval is received, Films and plates or screens are made for silk screen or offset DVD Printing. The
DVD print job is setup on the machine and the first product disc is QC approved based on either your
approved pdf file or a match print. Once approved, the entire DVD Print order is printed and moved to the QC and Assembly
departments. All DVD Print orders are then assembled and shipped to your desired destinations. The standard turn time is 6-8 business days, however
rush orders can be delivered in 2-3 business days. Contact us to discuss your delivery requirements.
Most of the duplication DVD Printing orders are either
Thermal or inkjet printed. Every DVD Printing order undergoes the same quality control checks as the molded DVD printing jobs.
Thermal and inkjet printing processes are best suited for DVDR, DVD+RW and various other formats. Duplication and DVDR Printing orders
are generally completed in a much shorter time and sometimes in hours from the time the artwork is received. Please

Arcube now offers digital DVD Printing with our specialized printing
equipment. We can do variable content DVD Printing or DVDR Printing. This has allowed our customers to take serialize
their DVD or DVDRs.
