Some of the common formats are:

  • The DVD-5 format provides storage on a single-sided, single-layer disc. Total storage capacity is 4.7 GBytes.
  • The DVD-9 format provides storage on a single-sided, dual-layers disc. Total storage capacity is 8.5 GBytes.
  • The DVD-10 format provides storage on a double-sided, single-layer disc. Total storage capacity is 9.4 GBytes.

DVDROM discs are manufactured (replicated) in a similar fashion to CDRom's. After receipt of a master DVDr, artwork and proper IRMA authorization, we create a glass master and a stamper. The stamper is then placed in our stae of the art injection molding machines to produce a transparent sub-strate. The substrate is about half the thickness of a CD. DVD Pressing requires two substrates. Each substrate is individually metalized and two substrates are bonded to create a disc. The DVD then undergoes 100% optical inspection for defects and further testing to ensure high quality DVDs. DVDs replication order is printed either on our offset or silk screen printing equipment and packaged per your custom specifications. The standard turn time is 6-8 business days, however rush orders can be delivered in 2-3 business days. Contact us to discuss your delivery requirements.
In house shaped DVD Pressing!! We can replicate and make different shaped DVD's to give you many different options. We create shaped DVDs in any "Continuous Shape" by hydro-cutting a standard DVD. Hydro-cutting adds 2-3 business days to the turn time of your cd replication order and is available in several sizes and shapes.
