Special Considerations:

For other than standard choices of colors additional charges and delivery time may be required. Additional optional inserts or other materials that require hand insertion and cost extra for assembly.

Shipping:

Shipped in 450 count boxes.

All items are available FOB at our plant in Richardson or can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, Courier in Dallas Area or by truck.
